Julia Blanchard
Julia came to St. Louis for her education and found her first true home. After a childhood spent moving across states and countries, this is where she built lasting relationships, found community, and discovered a passion for civic engagement and nonprofit leadership.
Her background spans nonprofit management, event operations, board governance, and advocacy. She believes strong communities are built when people feel connected, welcomed, and empowered to participate, and that belief drives every event Uplift Arch touches.
